PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of a supporting point mechanism and to maintain the parallelism with high accuracy by positioning in parallel rigid surfaces of a single member having a plurality of rigid surfaces, rigid portions and elastic portions through the confronting rigid portions and elastic portions. CONSTITUTION:An elastic supporting point mechanism having a plurality of rigid surfaces 3, 4, rigid portions 5, 6 and elastic portions 1, 2 is formed by one plate piece. The rigid surfaces 3, 4 of the elastic supporting point mechanism are positioned in parallel through the confronting rigid portions 5, 6 and the elastic portions 1, 2. The thus constructed elastic supporting point mechanism can be manufactured by applying press and bending to one plate piece, and the parallelism can be maintained with high accuracy only by improving the material and the machining accuracy.
