The support rail comprises a bearing part 2 for a movable member 3 of the transporter and it is characterised by at least one longitudinal rib 8 arranged below the bearing part 2, formed in a single piece with the latter, and comprising a longitudinal inner cavity 9 emerging at the ends of the support rail.
