The device has a flexible suction bell (2) fitted to a hand-pump (1), the bell being secured by a screw system (6) to a longitudinal end of the pump case (3). Inside the hand-pump (1) are arranged a piston rod (7) with a piston (8) and reversible seals (17, 19, 21) acting as valves. When the piston rod (7) is moved, depending on the valve setting, a vacuum or compressed air is produced. The device thus ensures perfect clearing of the blockages in waste pipes and offers excellent handling characteristics. |
