PURPOSE:To enable printing with high accuracy to be performed, by providing a screen gauze used for printing of a printed wiring board with blank pattern opening parts devoid of a sol, for example, a photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION:When providing a pattern by exposure and development, a photosensitive resin is applied and light-shielding tapes are applied to the parts corresponding to opening parts 8a, 8b to shield light at the time of exposure, whereby the resin is removed therefrom at the time of development to form the opening parts 8a, 8b. The tensile strength of the opening parts 8a, 8b is lower than that of a sol part 4 including an effective part 5 of the pattern. Therefore, when a squeegee is moved in the direction of an arrow Y at the time of printing, the parts of the opening parts 8a, 8b are elongated to supply most of the elongation in a direction X perpendicular to the direction Y, while the effective part 5 of the pattern is little elongated in the direction X, and printing with high accuracy can be performed. |
