PURPOSE:To obtain the accurate information of a caller for an emergency command equipment only with the connection of a caller by providing a controller receiving caller information retrieved based on a caller telephone number. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 10 dials a special number, an exchange 1 connects the caller 10 to a specific line 12a reception trunk 2 and when an incoming call exists from the exchange 1, the call is replied automatically and a telephone number sent from a telephone station center is received by a signal receiver 3. The operator replies at an attendant board 6 afterward. On the other hand, the telephone number is received by the signal receiver 3 and sent to a controller 4, the telephone number is sent from the controller 4 to the telephone station center 11 and the telephone station center 11 retrieves a caller information registered in a caller file 5 from the received telephone number. The retrieved caller information is sent to the controller 4 of an emergency command equipment 7 by the depression of an output request button of the operator of the attendant board and the received caller information is displayed by a display device 8.
