PURPOSE:To execute a uniform sampling dispersed in all weighing ranges by determining a sampling interval from one weighing cycle measured value of a weighing hopper, the number of forecasting weighing cycles, and the number of necessary samples. CONSTITUTION:A weighing cycle control part 11 controls the opening and closing of gates 7, 8, based on the weighed value of a weighing part 5, and also integrates the weighed value immediately before the release of the gate 8. A sampling control part 12 sets a weighing cycle signal from the control part 11, and a necessary sample number NS, etc., as input signals, and outputs a sampling executing instruction to a sampling device 6. In this case, the control part 11 determines a sampling interval (t) by (NW.T)/NS=t from one weighing cycle measured value T of a hopper 1, the number of forecasting weighing cycles NW and the number of samples NS. Also, by a time difference between each sampling time brought with the interval (t) to integer multiple, and a weighing cycle start forecasting time immediately before said time, at the time of starting the weighing cycle of the hopper 1, a lapse of this time difference is detected, and the execution of sampling is instructed to the sampling device 6.
