Also, by a time difference between each sampling time brought with the interval (t) to integer multiple, and a weighing cycle start forecasting time immediately before said time, at the time of starting the weighing cycle of the hopper 1, a lapse of this time difference is detected, and the execution of sampling is instructed to the sampling device 6.
