摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently perform necessary micro operation by arranging a pyroelectric element in the vicinity of a cell to be operated which has a surface charge, and irradiating this pyroelectric element with light and generating a pyroelectric charge which gives electrostatic force to a surface charge. CONSTITUTION:Light 36 from a lamp 31 is converged by a condenser lens 37 and made incident on the base end of an acicular conductive path 32 as a micro operating mechanism. The pyroelectric element 33 is fitted atop of the light guide 32. When a large amount of charge is generated, the irradiation energy of the light or a time differential value is only increased. The generated charge is neutralized by being passed through the pyroelectric element 33 with a time constant corresponding to the product of the DC resistance and capacity of the pyroelectric element 33, so that the pyroelectric charge disappears. This time varies according to the king of the pyroelectric body in use, but is about scores seconds and the cell operation is only carried out within the time.
