CONSTITUTION:The maximum accleration/deceleration torque taumax that can be controlled by a motor 14 is calculated by a maximum torque arithmetic unit set within a part 17 enclosed by a chain line from the minimum time rated capacity Pmax and the momentary rotational speed of the motor 14. While the momentary estimated value of the load torque of the motor 14 is calculated by a state observing device 3 and supplied to an arithmetic unit for minimum acceleration/deceleration time together with the moment GD<2> of inertia or the motor 14. Thus the minimum accleration/deceleration time is calculated. Then the correction is given to the gain of a positioning controller 4 by said minimum accleration/deceleration time. Thus the motor 14 undergoes the positioning control with the minimum deceleration time that can be reduced.
