PURPOSE:To efficiently repair a circulation pipe, by adding and mixing specified ratios of respective pitches of low and high softening points, stainless steel fiber, metal powder, wetting agent with basic refractory aggregate, heating and adhering this to inner side of the circulation pipe. CONSTITUTION:To aggregate (magnesia, etc.,) made mainly of basic refractory material, 7-35wt% pitch (coal system) having 50-100 deg.C low softening point, 1-25wt% pitch (petroleum system, etc.,) having >=120 deg.C high softening point, <=10wt% stainless steel fiber (about 0.01-3mm diameter), 0.5-5wt% metal powder (Al, Si, etc.,), 0.5-7wt% wetting agent (glyceline, etc.,) are added and mixed to prepare a repairing material 4. A core 2 is inserted into the circulation pipe 1, and the material 4 is thrown between the pipe 1 and the core 2 by a pressurized feeder nozzle 3. Next,the nozzle 3 is taken out, the material 4 is heated to >=about 500 deg.C for about 10min through the core 2 by using burner, etc., for preheating circulation pipe, and the material 4 is made to a strong carbon bonding structure. |
