PURPOSE:To mold a blade-like rotator equipped with complicatedly twisted blades by a structure wherein both driving means to shift nearly radially each of a plurality of split molds, which correspond to the shapes of the respective blades, and rotating means to rotate each split mold in accordance with the twist of the blade are equipped between one mold and the other mold, both of which approach and part with each other in such a manner as to face oppositely to each other. CONSTITUTION:In an molding tool 1, when a movable mold 3 is raised after the solidification of synthetic resin which is injected through a sprue 2a into a cavity 5, each split mold 4 is shifted outward from the molding tool by means of the resiliency of a coiled spring 10. At this time, the split mold 4 rotates in the direction of the twist of a blade 100c together with the shifting of the mold 4 outward from the molding tool, because an engaging pin 13 engages with a helical groove 15. Finally, when the movable mold 3 is fully raised, each of the split molds 4 is so far shifted that its slant surface 4a abuts against a side block 7 in order to be completely parted from a molded part or impeller 100. |
