PURPOSE:To facilitate relative assembling of a thrust member and a pressure receiving member by arranging a tubular section on any one of the inner diameter edge of the outer ring and the outer diameter edge of the inner ring and supporting an annular gap adjusting shim. CONSTITUTION:An interference margin (DELTA) formed between a projected section 12 and the inner diameter of a shim 11 will prevent falling of the shim 11 and enable coupling of a thrust rolling bearing and the shim 11. When the coupled part is fitted over the bearing supporting shaft 22 and a thrust member 20 and a pressure receiving member 21 is moved relatively in the axial direction, the surface of the shim 11 will come in contact with the pressure receiving member 21. Consequently, the tip section of the tubular section 10 will fit in a containing groove 23, thereby the assembling of the thrust member 20 and the pressure receiving member 21 can be facilitated.
