Device allowing a code to be memorised. The invention relates to a device making it possible to find a code by combining a medium 1 and a card 2. The medium 1 receives figures 1a numbered from 0 to 9 and is kept near the instrument requiring an access code. The originally-transparent card 2 is opacified on the reverse side by a picture or indelible ink 2a leaving windows 2b corresponding to the locations of the figures of the medium 1. According to a first method, the card 2 receives, on the front, a faint ink or a resin 2c at the site of the windows 2b, which are erasable by being scratched off. Memorising consists in scratching at the sites of the chosen figures. The card 2, which is kept with all the credit cards, will be positioned on the medium 1 at the time of use and allows only the figures of the code to appear. <IMAGE>
