PURPOSE:To simplify the burying operation of pipes for well in constructing an underground structure by providing pipes for well in the position of a sheathing wall. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 2 for water-pumping wall and a pipe 3 for observatory well as set in the setting position of a sheathing wall 1. The pipes 2 and 3 can thus be set up concurrently. In the conventional case of setting the pipes 2 and 3 in a place where an underground structure is to be constructed, great labor and cost are required for the setting and burying of these pipes 2 and 3. In this method, however, the construction is easy and the period of the construction is short. The cost of the construction work can be reduced.
