In the spiral massaging device a spiral massaging disc (6) subdivided by a separating line (6e) into a raised part-surface (6a) and a low part-surface (6b) is driven so as to be electronically controllable by a motor with step-down gear, the skin (9) to be treated being drawn towards the lower surface of the spiral massaging disc (6) by a suction bell (8) under which the air is extracted by means of the vacuum pump (7). The cutaneous tissue can thus be treated even on bone prominences (10). In addition, the device runs more quietly because it is held at one point. Finally, an increased tissue blood content is produced in the skin by the vacuum (7b) with the support of a central lowered circle on the rotating treatment surface of the spiral massaging disc (6). The device can be used, for example, for rubbing in ointment, for softening scars, for treating poorly healing ulcers and for resolving pathological blood flow blockages. <IMAGE>
