PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive fixture that can automate assembling by making accurate electrical connection of a test system and a circuit element on the electronic circuit board through probe assembling parts using a vacuum means. CONSTITUTION:The fixture consists of an alignment plate 22, a probe plate 23, two probe assembling parts 50, 51 and mutual connecting pins 53, 54, alignment pins 84, 85 a vacuum seal 80 etc. A printed circuit board 90 is placed on the fixture to make alignment pins 84, 85 of the fixture penetrate holes of the printed circuit board 90. Then, a vacuum energizing means is operated to bring a circuit element 92 and a trace 91 into contact with probe chips 93, 94 at the tip of probe assembling parts 50, 51, and air is removed from a vacuum chamber. Thereby, the printed circuit board 90 is pulled toward the probe plate 23, and end parts of the circuit element 92 and trace 91 are pushed up by probe chips 93, 94, and thus, contact of low contact resistance is obtained.
