This invention is concerned with the manufacturing method of the sucking plate eliminate underground water. This invention overcomes the demerit of conventional sucking plate and promises continuous production of the plate. The invention makes it possible to regulate the magnitude of the plate with freedom. The advantage is that it is not detached by fixation of nonwoven fabrics in spite of long term use. Since this sucking plate elevates the effective stress of ground and permissible upholding force in a short time, this invention can be used widely as the distributive plate in order to improve a weak groud.
