Also, the gain of a gain control circuit 21c is controlled with the output voltage signal of an output from a noise component detection circuit 20, and it is controlled with the output voltage signal of a DC detection circuit 20, and the gain becomes low when a DC output voltage signal is at a high level and it becomes high when the DC output voltage signal is at a low level.
