PURPOSE:To enable rotating movement to be performed without using other energy, by using the repulsion force of magnets, and by putting the force to practical use as a rotational driving force. CONSTITUTION:So far as a rotating plate 1 with a rotary shaft 2 set on the central section is concerned, a plurality of magnets 3 are arranged on the circle at given intervals on the upper surface of the outer peripheral edge section. In contact with the peripheral edge of the rotating plate 1, second rotating plates 4 are arranged, and on the upper surface of the outer peripheral edge section of the rotating plates 4, a plurality of magnets 6 are arranged at given intervals. By the magnets 3, the magnetic shafts G of the respective magnets 3 are positioned on radial lines from the center of the rotating plate 1, and the magnets 6 are positioned in the direction shifted positionally from the central directions of the rotating plates 4, and the both magnetic shafts G, G' are arranged so that the cross angle may exceed 180 deg. on the rotating-directional side. Then, by using the repulsion force of the magnets 3, 6, as a rotational driving force, rotating movement can be performed.
