<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the machining of taking-up plural products even if the position of a workpiece is more or less out of order, by adding job numbers and NC program numbers to data for carrying out jobs so that at least data indicating whether or not a machining process of taking up plural products is present are included. CONSTITUTION:A central control unit 13 refers data for carrying out jobs which are transmitted from a computer 15 to identify whether or not jobs having a machining process of taking up plural products is present. If a job is for taking up plural products, one workpiece is machined in accordance with an NC program designated by the name of the NC program included in the job carrying out data, and thereafter, the distance between the instant workpiece and the next workpiece is measured. Further, the control unit 13 prepares NC data for displacing a tool to a machining starting position for the next workpiece in accordance with the thus measured distance, and delivers the same to a predetermined machining cell (11-1-11-n). Accordingly, the machining cell displaces the tool in accordance with the NC data to machine the next workpiece.</p> |
