PURPOSE:To realize in compact a specification of two shafts for two machines, by engaging a driven gear coaxially arranged on an output shaft with forward and rearward driving gears, and disposing on engagement-disengagement operation part for first and second speed and a planetary gear wound the output shaft. CONSTITUTION:A forward unit 12 and a rearward unit having a similar structure to that of the forward unit 12 are disposed adjacent to an output shaft 18. A large gear 23 serving as a driven gear is supported rotatably on the output shaft 18 to be engaged with a forward driving gear 15 and a rearward driving gear of respective forward and rearward units 12. An internal gear 32 is disposed around the output shaft 18, while said internal gear being able to be secured to a casing 10 by means of a first speed clutch 35, a second clutch brake 35 serving as an engagement- disengagement operation part for first and second speed, and a planetary gear 29, a sun gear 31 and a hydraulic piston 39. The large gear 23 rotates oppositely at an equal number of revolution by connecting selectively the forward unit 12 to the rearward unit. Accordingly, a specification of two shafts for two devices which rotates oppositely to each other can be easily realized.
