PURPOSE:To enable the combination of a speed meter with the desired number of pulses and an indication recorder section, by converting a pulse from a speed sensor into a voltage corresponding to the frequency of the pulse to further convert the voltage into a pulse with the frequency corresponding to the voltage. CONSTITUTION:A speed sensor 11 is driven to rotate in linkage with a power shaft of a transmission and generates a specified number of pulses with one rotation thereof. The resulting pulses are shaped in the waveform with input circuit 12a of a pulse conversion circuit 12 and the frequency of the pulse is converted into a voltage with a frequency-voltage conversion circuit 12b at a specified conversion ratio. Moreover, a pulse with a specified frequency is obtained with voltage-frequency conversion circuit 12c again and then, outputted with a amplified current by output circuit 12d. The resulting output pulse is sent to indication recording section 13 which perform a indication recording corresponding to one rotation of the speed sensor according to pulse input different in the number of pulses which is generated with one rotation of the speed sensor 11.
