PURPOSE:To prevent deformation in a magnet plate after molding by providing a taper in facing to the outside at the outer circumference of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:At a permanent magnet 5, tapers 5a of about 1mm are provided at four sides in facing to the outside with angles of 45 deg. from an end plane. And by molding in one body the magnet plate in which the permanent magnet 5 on which the tapers 5a are provided and a magnetic shunt plate are stuck with a device insert, the taper 5a parts are pressed with a mold resin 8 in an oblique direction from an outside, and therefore, magnet plates 5 and 6 are fixed more steadily and the deformation in the magnet plates 5 and 6 can be reduced. Thereby, a bias magnetic flux is uniformized and quality is improved.
