PURPOSE:An immunological carcinostatic agent making human macrophage activated factor act on human cancerous cell in organisms efficiently, obtained by adding the human macrophage activated factor and interferon -gamma to liposome. CONSTITUTION:Human macrophage activated factor (MAF-c for short) and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma for short) are added to liposome or monoclonal antibody modified liposome. The immunological carcinostatic agent is obtained by cultivating human T hybridoma capable of producing MAF-c highly to give a supernatant liquid of culture containing MAF-c, a concentrate thereof or a purified substance thereof, sealing MAF-c solution containing IFN-gamma in the supernatant liquid, etc., in liposome and further bonding a monoclonal antibody to a cancerous cell to the surface of the liposome. Dilution and deactivation of MAF-c in organisms can be prevented by sealing it in the liposome. |
