<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time after an operator notices a no-paper state until sheets are loaded by providing a lift lowering means which starts to lower a lift immediately after a paper detecting switch detects the no-paper state. CONSTITUTION:When a paper detecting switch SW2 detects a no-paper state, a motor 9 is driven, then a lift is lowered until a lift descent detecting switch SW3 is turned on and a display indicating that the lift is descending is shown. When the lift reaches the lower limit position, the drive of the motor 9 is stopped and a display indicating that the lift is stopped is shown, the lift waits until the door is opened. Next, an operator opens the door to load sheets and closes the door after loading sheets, then it is detected by the state of a door switch DSW, the lift is raised and a display indicating that the lift is ascending is shown. When a lift upper limit detecting switch SW1 is turned on, the display indicating that the lift is ascending is erased and the lift is stopped.</p> |
