PURPOSE:The titled readily available activator, containing glycerophosphocholine as an active ingredient and having high efficiency and safety and improved handleability. CONSTITUTION:A cholinergic nervous system activator obtained by incorporating glycerophosphocholine (GPC) which is a deacylated phosphatidyl choline phosphocholine (PC) as an active ingredient. The GPC has a large amount of choline based on unit weight and is a compound produced by a metabolic process in the living body without side effect caused by alkyl groups. The solubility in water is good and the GPC is readily handled. The above-mentioned activator can be administered as an internal medicine or food to activate the cholinergic nervous system.
