PURPOSE:To facilitate the correspondence against a change in an output destination by providing a photocoupler connecting a matrix circuit and a transmission circuit optically and isolating an input signal and an output signal. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted with a matrix circuit 9, a transmission circuit 10 and photocouplers PC1-PC8. An input signal is received via a terminal T1 and an output signal is sent to an external load via the coupler PC1 and the terminal T11 of the circuit 10 by short-circuiting throughholes H1a and Haa with a short-circuit piece P1. Similarly, the input signal is received via the terminal T1 and an output signal is sent to other external load via the photocoupler PC8 and a terminal T18 by using a short-circuit piece P2 to short-circuit throughholes H1h and Hah. In using shortcircuit pieces P1, P2 to apply optional selective short-circuit as above, the correspondence to the input or output destination is easily attained.
