PURPOSE:To secure safety of work by improving workability in pulling-out of a reinforcing material connecting member, by a method wherein protrusion of the reinforcing material connecting member through the external circumferential surface of a male mold and plunging-in of the same into the male mold are performed by a reciprocation mechanism and pulling-out of each of the reinforcing material connecting members from the reinforcing material is performed automatically after molding work. CONSTITUTION:A needle-shaped tip part 10a of each of reinforcing material connecting members 10 is thrusted out toward the external circumferential surface of a male mold 2 through a piercing hole 8 of each of guide bushings 9 by reciprocating a reciprocation mechanism 13. Then baggy lining 44 is held by the male mold 2 by piercing through the needle-shaped tip part 10a of each of the reinforcing material connecting member 10 toward an end part 44a by fitting the baggy lining 44, which is the reinforcing material, to the male mold 2. A molding cavity is formed by grinding the male mold 2 against a female mold 4 after that and a back B having lining 44 is molded on the cavity by casting a molding material R through a casting port 45. The needle- shaped tip part 10a of each of the reinforcing material connecting members 10 is plunged in within a piercing hole 8 of a guide bushing 9 by reciprocating a piston 16 by breaking the female mold 4 after molding.
