PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion element excellent in thermoelectric characteristics and conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion element includes a thermoelectric conversion layer containing dopant and a pair of electrodes formed on the thermoelectric layer. An average of doping rates in a first area which is a half area of the thermoelectric conversion layer one the one-electrode side is larger than an average of doping rates in a second area which is a half area of the thermoelectric conversion layer on the other electrode side. |
