PURPOSE:To secure almost constant differential limiting torque irrespective of an oil temperature variation, by compensating fluid pressure to a wet friction clutch device or a differential limiting device, in a direction where the differential limiting torque is not varied to the oil temperature variation. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle is provided with a differential device 3 at the point midway in a power transmission route, which distributes and transmits engine power to symmetrical driving wheels 1 and 2 while allowing their differential motion. This differential device 3 is equipped with a wet friction clutch device 4 which generates differential limiting torque by dint of the control fluid pressure generated out of a fluid pressure generating device 5 and pressure-controlled by an actuator 6, between its input and output parts. In this case, there is provided with an oil temperature sensor 701 which detects oil temperature in a clutch clamping part of this clutch device 4. And, in order to compensate the fluid pressure to the clutch device 4 in a direction where the differential limiting torque is not varied to a variation in the oil temperature to be detected by the said sensor 701, the actuator 6 is controlled by a controlling device 8.
