PURPOSE:To relieve a shock by providing a double-acting piston type accumulator in parallel with an actuator on the lower course side of a direction selector valve. CONSTITUTION:A double-acting piston type accumulator 10 is provided in parallel with an actuator 7 on the lower course side of a direction selector valve 4. Thereby, whenever the direction selector valve 4 is switched, to operate the actuator 7 from normally to reversely, or from reversely to normally, this accumulator 10 is invariably operated for a certain period of time, preventing a pressure from being applied to the actuator 4 fully to its capacity during this time and, thereby, a shock can be relieved.
