<p>A spinning system for the production of monofilament yarn comprises a spinning tool (40) and a channel section (4') for a polymer melt (2). The channel section (4') expands widthwise into a channel portion (41, 42) of the spinning tool (40) and opens into a flow channel (43) with the shape of a flattened U and connected to a group of nozzles (59). The area of the cross section (44; 44'; 44'') of the flow channel (43) is thus increased normal to its width at least in the upper part of the channel section (4') for the polymer and the flow channel (43) is kept free from incrustations.</p> |
