PURPOSE:The titled aqueous dispersion, obtained by incorporating specific colloidal fluorine-containing copolymer particles consisting of tetrafluoroethylene, etc., and constituted of two layers of a core part and shell part in an aqueous medium and the titled organosol prepared from the aqueous dispersion and having good slipperiness, etc. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous dispersion of fluorine-containing copolymer particles having two-layered structure, obtained by (co)polymerizing 99-100wt% tetrafluoroethylene with 0-1wt% another fluoroolefin to form a core part and copolymerizing 50-97wt% tetrafluoroethylene with 3-50wt% chloro trifluoroethylene to form a shell part and having 2.5-25wt% totals weight of chlorotrifluoroethylene contained in the above-mentioned two layers based on the total weight and 0.05-1mum average particle diameter at 95:5-30:70wt. ratio of the core to the shell parts. An organosol composition is prepared by adjusting the resultant aqueous dispersion with an organic medium.
