PURPOSE:To file a sound signal without omitting a head by outputting a filing start control signal detecting the head of a program sound, delaying an A/D- converted program sound through a shift register, and outputting it to a buffer memory. CONSTITUTION:When the forefront of the program sound a sound detection circuit 3 supplies a filing start signal to a master control part 5. Meanwhile, the program sound through an A/D converter 9 is delayed at a shift register 12 and is stored at a buffer memory 14. Therefore, the delaying of a filing start against a program searching can be evaded, and the program sound can be filed without omitting the head.
