PURPOSE:To provide an easily producible masterbatch giving a molded article from a large amount of stock resin without lowering the physical properties at a low cost using only a small amount of the masterbatch, by melting and mixing a thermoplastic resin having comparable fluidity to universal resin and a large amount of a surfactant. CONSTITUTION:(A) 20-95wt% surfactant is compounded with (B) 80-5wt% thermoplastic resin having a melt flow index (JIS K 7210A measured at 220 deg.C under 10kg load) of <=80g/10min, preferably <=50g/10min. The component B is e.g. polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc. Both components are separately melted, uniformly mixed together and charged to an extruder. The melting is carried out at 150-280 deg.C, however, the melting at >=240 deg.C is to be performed in an inert atmosphere to prevent the ignition of the resin.
