A fastening bolt (1) for assembling structural parts (10) at adjustable intervals has, near the bolt head (6), but at an interval therefrom, a plastic, dowel-bushing-type retaining member (8) which is injected directly onto a carrying shank (4) of the bolt (1), is axially secured by positively locking members engaging in one another, but is mounted rotatably on the bolt (1). Despite a very secure engagement of the retaining member (8) in the structural part (10), a problem-free re-adjustment of the position of the structural part (10) can thus be effected, even after a long period of time, by turning the bolt (1) with respect to the retaining member (8). <IMAGE>
