PURPOSE:To make the most of a ROM by a method wherein switching control signals are obtained by combining two logic pattern signals with binary logic levels which are not subject to pulse width modulation. CONSTITUTION:Respective portions from 0 deg.-30 deg. and 120 deg.-150 deg. in an AC waveform are converted into logic patterns as unit waveforms and stored in a ROM 7. Data signals read out from the ROM 7 by the signals from a frequency setting circuit 4 are inputted to second data selectors 15U, 15V and 15W through a first data selector 9 and combined with the outputs from binary logic level generating parts H and L and switching signals are outputted.
