PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved processing properties, heat resistance, mechanical characteristics, etc., comprising a specific S-triazine compound and a polymaleimide compound containing plural maleimide groups in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) an S-triazine compound containing at least two alkenyl group-substituted aryloxy groups in the molecule and (B) a polymaleimide compound containing at least two maleimide groups in the molecule. The alkenyl groups are preferably isopropenyl groups or allyl groups. The amount of the maleimide groups blended is most preferably 0.4-3 equivalent based on 1 equivalent alkenyl groups.
