<p>A carrier bag handle closure which is resistant to separation due to heavy or bulky items being carried in the bag. The bag handle closure comprises a pair of handle strips (10, 20) having interlocking tabs (26) and slots (16) at the base of the strips to hold the lower portions of the strips securely together when the strips are connected to close a bag. Connecting means, preferably of snap engagement type, are provided to secure the strips together.</p> |
