PURPOSE:To bring a heat-generating dot section near the side edge section of an insulating substrate, and to improve the quality level of printing by wiring either one of a discrete electrode line or a common electrode line in three dimensions to the back side of the insulating substrate through a through-hole. CONSTITUTION:There is no wiring of a conductor layer 4 for power supply in a section extending toward the side edge section of an insulating substrate 1 from a heat-generating dot section A, and the heat-generating dot section A is brought near the side edge section of the insulating substrate 1 maximally. Discrete electrode line 4b is each extended in parallel with other side edge sections of the substrate 1 as they are, and the noises of the lines 4b are soldered respectively to flexible wiring substrates 10 as terminal sections 9b. Common electrode lines 4a pass between glazing layers 2 and the insulating substrate 1, are wired in three dimensions to the back side of the insulating substrate 1 through through-holes 11, and are extended to another side edge section of the substrate 1 and terminal sections 9a at the noses of the lines 4a are soldered to the wiring substrates 10. |
