The structure has an upper end of a vertical base pipe (1) located at a level with, or only slightly above, the sea bed (4). A column pipe (5), which is removable, is driven downwards telescopically on to the base pipe against a stop (3). This column pipe extends above the water surface (6) to support the structure (7, 8, 9) to be anchored. |
