Tampon includes a liq. permeable envelope contg. an absorption body. There is a string to facilitate removal after use. - The absorption body is made by air-laying the absorbing material and forming it into a pillow shape. This is then compressed into a cylindrical shape to permit insertion in the vagina. It is then put in the tampon applicator. Pref. the absorbing material is cellulose fluff pulp. |
