PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy collation of data difficult to coding by having the comparison between the concrete data balues and obtaining the corresponding relation between both data to perform the collation processing. CONSTITUTION:In a process 12 the comparison is carried out for those data to be collated with each other according to a pair production standard 16. Thus the combination (pair) is obtained between the data corresponding to each other. In a process 13 the produce pair is checked in accordance with the standard 17 for decision. In a process 14 it is checked whether or not the decided pair has totally the conflict and this checking process is repeated when the conflict is detected. In a process 15 a master file is renewed by the data received the corresponding relation by the above-mentioned processes.
