PURPOSE:To change over the custom code, to eliminate the necessity of the operation to select the controlled equipment and to control plural units of equipment easily by executing the selection of the equipment to be controlled by remote control together with the selecting action of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 9 has a selector operating button 10 and an operating button 11 with other function, and by pushing the buttons, the control signal corresponding to respective is coded and transmitted. Here, the selector operating button 10 controls a selector part 14 of an equipment 12 to be controlled the operating button 11 controls the function which the equipments 12, and 15-17 to be controlled has. The transmitted signal is received by a receiving decoding part 13 of the equipment 12, the coded control signal is decoded and the selector part 14 and other function are controlled.
