PURPOSE:To manufacture easily the cylindrical part of FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) carrying low winding angle and complying with high accuracy by winding the resin-impregnated fiber around the sliding disc-type molding jig installed at the both ends of mandrel at the desired winding angle. CONSTITUTION:The sliding disc-type molding jig is installed along with the shaft 2 at the both ends of mandrel 1. The resin-impregnated fiber 7 is wound around the outer circumference of the said mandrel almost in parallel (winding at zero angle or low angle), and after both ends of the said fiber is fixed to the jig 3 with the bind tool 9, both of the jigs 3 are slid outward to stretch the fiber. Further, the resin-impregnated fiber is wound around the outer circumference at the desired winding angle to form up the reinforced layer 10. Thus, by means of filament winding process, zero angle winding or low angle winding with high accuracy can be achieved easily.
