PURPOSE:To perform a cleaning effectively by constituting a device so that the cleaning to clean a dust, a fingerprint, or oil, etc., attached on the surface of an information recording medium is performed with a turnable cleaning member in which a rotation axis direction is provided so as to be perpendicular to the information recording medium carried to the carrying path of the information recording medium.
