PURPOSE:To perform the change of a die automatically in succession without the need of its performing each time even in case of the diameter of the pipe being dissimilar, by equipping with a punch changing device and die changing device. CONSTITUTION:A pipe P is fixed by dies 12A, 12B by driving a hydraulic cylinder 20, by setting it on the die 12B, by moving a die table 59 and by turning DC motor 62 according to the readout movement of the die. The pressing is performed by a punch 1 and die 12 by feeding the punch 1 upto the work position by driving a ram shaft 70 by a hydraulic cylinder 72 by moving the punch table 38 with the rotation of DC motor 42. On the other hand the pressing is performed in the case of performing 3 punching, by combining the punch 2 with the ram shaft 70 by moving the punch table 38 by performing the reading out of the movement to the punch 2 from the punch 1. the pressing is then performed by the punch 3 by combining the punch 3 with the ram shaft 70 by moving the table 38 by performing the readout of the movement to the punch 3 from the punch 2.
