PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit integrating a circuit suppressing the output of noise at application of power incorporatedly by assembling a reference voltage generating circuit and a mute circuit incorporatedly and connecting directly an output terminal of a reference voltage to an output terminal of the amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage generating circuit A generating a reference voltage substantially equal to an output DC voltage of an amplifier B is provided at normal operation and said reference voltage is fed to an output terminal 2 of the amplifier B via a resistor RA. At application of power, when a mute circuit C keeps the output terminal 2 of the amplifier B to the floating state, the terminal level is kept to the reference voltage, the output DC voltage is not largely fluctuated even after mute releasing and generation of transient noise is prevented.
