PURPOSE:To enable setting the position of an inclined hole and the angle of elevation by installing a projecting pad fitted with pneumatic type underground drilling machine at a prescribed angle of elevation and a rotating base table to enable rotational motion of the projecting pad on a horizontal plane. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom of the circular ground 2a of the excavated hole comprising a cylindrical liner plate 1, a base 5 fitted with a critically mounted part 8 concentric with the center C of the circular ground 2a and a circular arc guide means 9 with the center coinciding with that of the critically mounted part 8, are installed. Then, centered around the critically mounted part 8, a rotating base table 24, rotatingly movable on a horizontal plane, is supported by the circular arc guide means 9 with a projecting pad 37 fitted having a prescribed angle of elevation on the said rotating base table 24, a pneumatic type underground drilling machine 38 is installed on the projecting pad 37. By working the pneumatic underground drill 38 and drilling the prescribed inclined hole, then rotate the rotating base table 24 for a prescribed angle with the critically mounted part 8 as pivot, immobilize the position and drill the next inclined hole. This operation is repeated.
