PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture for a superthin fluororubber film of 10-100mum thickness. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin base material 4 of a film is soaked in a solution of fluororubber including a curing agent (30-40cps viscosity), so that a liquid film 2i is formed on the surface of the base material 4. Thereafter, the liquid film 2i is dried with the air. Farther, the fluororesin base material 4 is inserted in a room 60 of a seal can 6, and at the same time the seal can 6 is sealed. While true seal can 6 is kept sealed, the liquid film 2i is vulcanized. Then, the rubber film is separated from the fluororesin base material. |
