发明名称 METHOD FOR CORRECTING ASSEMBLING OPERATION OF ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the desired assembling accuracy despite a large side of an assembling work by photographing individually plural working parts to be assembled of the work and obtaining an error to be used for correcting arithmetic of the work assembling position. CONSTITUTION:A position correcting arithmetic unit 13 processes the picture data, etc. given from a hand eye 10 to calculate the error data and also corrects the position data obtained from said picture processing action. Then the unit 13 transfers the final result of the position correction to a robot controller 12 and displays the binarization pictures produced from the picture data on a video monitor 14. The monitor 14 also displays the binarization picture obtained when the eye 10 picks up a magnified image peripheral to a screw hole 7. Thus the picture of the left corner part of a drawing of a lamp house 6 is shown by 6' together with the picture of the hole 7 shown by 7' respectively.
